Help! My kukri gold!

I Need Help!... Today Like At 1:00am ... i bought 10 Kukri-Gold Crates...
and at the 7th one Ive WON IT.....

But Then After Some Jumps in my house of happiness that FINNALY ive Won that Blessed Melee....

I went to the Storage....and Discovered...THERE'S NO KUKRI.....
... I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY I DONT HAVE KUKRI GOLD IN MY STORAGE...

i even Got Pictures of My Kukri Won...and Even Of The List In The Black Market...with My Name Listed on......

I Don't Know How TO Post Immages in The Thread...im Not THat Good in Forums And Stuff.....But IF SOmebody can tell me how to post pictures...i WILL....

After you upload it you will find on the right side of the picture that you uploaded :

BBCode (message boards & forums)

take the link under it and post it in the thread

However, posting SS in a Thread won't rly help, you need to send a ticket to the support and they will help you
