K so since 12th September I have been playing for well over an hour. So far nothing wrong BUT I only received 1 DE Royal crate. Is that happening for you guys as well or nah?

Same here, done every day and got 1 crate. They likely have to manually award each day's crate as a separate action, and they'll probably get around to awarding the other crates either later in the day or in the following couple of days.
