Back to School Event?????...

Hello, im a fellow crossfire player and I did the event (back to school event) and finished the whole thing, as I checked the event paged it said "wear your ribbon proudly" but crossfire did not give me my ribbon nor the zp crates that I have won. This is getting me pretty mad because I did all the missions for the days and did not receive the proper reward. I hope crossfire fixes this and gives me what I deserve

me too ... I sent a support ticket, and he told me that I had not finished the last task they are wrong ... I just finished, I even got to see the end after finished all of the task,:

but nothing ever had ribbons and 5 cases the last task does not have to count and yet I did. Even the event page told me I was done. ...
