Event Failure!

So they say rewards have been properly sent and i contacted the Support and they said i didnt do all the events. but i got everything in my rewards history? exept the last mission which was glitched?

also at the last day (September 8th) It said i did all the event and i deserver the ribbons and sh*t but i hadn't done it yet , so i did the 30mins Sandstorm anyways.

Celestine tells me that I did not play CrossRoads x5 with 5 minutes each.
I played 5 games, over 5 minutes for all of them.
I go on and check my stats and the counter reads "0".
I go to the clan page and look 7 days total, "0".
They must be kidding, right?
I wasted my time playing EM and on the last day, the tracker congratulates me.
Oh, wait. No, it's a false.
I suggest a redo if they cannot even take simple action with the forum players.
It's the tracker's fault, NOT OURS.
