Regarding Event Codes.

As many of you know, The Community Event Group and CFDB crew joined forces and regularly try to make events for all of the community.
During these streams we have ways for people too win codes. However, there is always an exception where some people, due to many reasons; be it harassment, insults, breaking Z8Games Terms & Conditions, are EXCLUDED from receiving codes.
No matter if they think they "deserve" cause of being top in that game, or another reason. If they did not receive a code, they WILL not.
We will not repeat this, as we have said it many times, so we ask people that did not receive to stop spamming about it, and accept that they will NOT be receiving one

Can a Mod please close this, as no replies are needed. Thank you.

  • Closing this off, also sticking this. I do apologize for adding a second post, but I do have something to clarify.

A statement that I personally want to make is again, touching the basis of this thread. Behavior and courtesy is pretty big when it comes to codes and community events. I know how great codes can be, for both entertainment and mainly a treat for whatever events may be going on. But there's no need to be a pest about it. If you qualified for one, you should get it. Though, that's not the case every time. For reasons, refer to the original post.

Reiterating on possible code-delivery delays; there are always going to be times when codes may be delivered a day later, or even a week later. It's not always an instant, promised delivery. Don't be hopping on the forums and questioning why you haven't gotten yours. Instead, maybe it's a better idea to privately message members of one of the groups featured above.

You should never have to contact support. They may have no idea that a community event may be going on, and that could be the case once in awhile. They may have zero clue what you're rambling on about in that ticket you decide to send them. Unless the code isn't working after multiple redemption attempts, you shouldn't question when you're going to get your code. They're not responsible for that, unless they're hosting their own GM events.

Spamming on the twitch chat/begging for codes:

Again, I'm a twitch mod and it sucks having to time out users who misbehave or decide to go beyond their limit. What's the point of begging for a code/codes? it's no good, and on the flip side, it guarantees that you're not going to get a code at all! Bottom line and to keep it simple; it's a community event, chill out and enjoy the stream.
