please,i really have a weird problem help me please..!
well,i really sorry for bothering u but no one will help me except u.
The problem started when i decided to change my current register email which i can't access. My friends told me to send a ticket to support team and i already did and one of GM respond to me the type of the ticket or status can't remember was called GM OWNER after GM responded.After i got the respond and when i trying to reply to the ticket it got deleted i don't know how or even why.
i decided to send another ticket and i got a respond today from Z8Games Support they said:
Thank you for contacting Z8 Games. You have already submitted a ticket regarding this issue. Please do not open new tickets for the same issue. Keep in mind that submitting duplicate, incomplete or false tickets results in longer wait times.
Instead, we ask that you refer to our previous response. It may be that we are waiting for further information from you. By continuing contact on that same thread we can thoroughly understand the issue and offer quicker resolutions.
Please note if a final resolution has already been provided, continuously submitting duplicate tickets can be deemed GM harassment which may result in account closure.

The problem is i can't respond to the old ticket cuz i can't find it on my ticket page and i really need to change my email address cuz i can't access it.i know my security answer and other information.
