Profile page error

This has happened to me a lot recently. Whenever I want to check out my profile by pressing MY PROFILE on the clan page I get directed to this link:
http://clan.z8games.com/charstat_cf.aspx?usn=-1
It's loading the whole time and it says: "Retrieving Data.."

Same thing is with MY CLAN button, it loads my clan but I can't open anything (i.e. messages), which I should be able to open because I'm a lieutenant. Is anyone else experiencing this weird bug?
