Registered Email troubles

I can not change my registered email without my Registered email. and i can not submit any tickets about anything including a request to change registered email/lost email without my registered email.

any way to delete my email so i can change it to my newer email? i have not needed or used my email for over a year now i can provide all proof that its my account,
and i know the password for all my emails i just don't remember which email was used on this account i have way too many emails for different things lol

Long story short: don't know my email, need to know or need it changed.
