Account Stolen! Support wont work either!

Hi, if I can get a way to talk to a person live to help me out would be awesome. This is my alt account and my main account got stolen. I just got a message from my cousin who uses the account when im not on. FYI he doesn't know email or security question he lives far away. I trust him too. But I got a message from him and he says "Did you get scammed?" I try to login the site and it DOESN'T WORK! I made a ticket on that acc before it got stolen because someone stole it from me and I got it back he gave me info back. But the thing is he changed the email and security question I do not know what the reply to the ticket is now and if the website changed the pass, because I do not know the email pass to that acc because it got changed by the person who stole it. So I am making this instead of ticket section because I cant make a ticket about another account on this account. It asks for my acc security question etc, but what I want is to get my other account back and get the email and security question changed. PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME! This is like my 4th account getting stolen and if I cant get it back I will cry and quit crossfire because this is ridiculous. I never shared my info to anyone but 1 cousin and i have a virus free computer, there has been hackers who crack accounts now a days and now im scared to lose all that money for no reason. PLEASE HELP!

EDIT: I have saw the sticky thread about the comprimised account ticket. It shows how I can get other accounts back but it does not work for my problem as I can see from it. Please help please! The ip is different because the acc has been made for about 4 years and I am obviously moved atleast a few times. Since it has been made for about 4 years im gonna quit and cry forever if I do not get it back.

    I got my account back using the old ticket-form, so i didnt have any probs getting it back.

    One tip, which is absolutely important for getting your account back:
    YOU NEED A LOT OF TRANSACTION ID's. A big LOT. you're the one who created the account, you are the one who knows the important data.

    Yes, but I purchased things a while ago not really much daily. I don't save any of this stuff because I never expected to get hacked :( I think my latest purchase was the wrench which my friend bought for me using my money i gave him. So I really dont have anything. But I do have screenshots of my cousin saying if I got scammed. I will show chat from 2 days for proof I didn't tell him. I just came back from school and I saw the message there. But I do have the Karma Koin code on the back. The one I bought didn't work so I got my friend to buy me one. I got the code and tried to use it on the same account that got stolen and it didnt work. Invalid code etc. It hasnt been used until I found out the 20 dollar card was gone. What I find out is that some random guy I have a friend on crossfire on somehow was able to stop the transferring of the code and used it for him self. I messaged him because he said he knew how to hack once I first met him. I didn't share anything with him and I believe he took my acc and money. I will share this information of who did this once I get a GM to talk with me live or through email or something. If the hacker gets questioned like always the GM will be on that persons side because they know more info than me. Like I said in the original thread up top he took my info. So GM whoever will read this please just please be on my side im being honest I swear on my life I love that account and yes he does know more than me I told you he changed security question and email info. He gave me the user pass and email username back to just change pass and he said he didn't know the security questions. He lied, he changed the pass to idk what today, I tried his old pass he put on the acc it didnt work. Please help!
  • I'm sorry to say this but you probably wont get any help because you gave your username and password to your cousin and that is account sharing wich is forbiden by the Terms of service.

    Well dude its just a share I let him play like 2 games of ghost mode and thats it. I know who the stealer is. Your not making it better for me :( GM please help me dont put that against me. I only let him play ghost mode because he liked my wrench. He didn't play anymore because he has an account just as good as mine and I know his user and pass too. He just used mine once or twice because he has no good knifes only default ones.

    The only thing you can do is to provide what they will ask you to provide in this ticket.

    CF is one of the hardest games to hack account-wise, hacking a PayPal would've been a lot easier..

    Next time bro, just don't even share a single info about your account, your fault for being an idiot (bring on the hate comments, idgaf, he is an idiot for sharing his info). Get over it, start a new account, move on to a better game. Damn how hard is it for people to truthfully tell they shared their account info?

    Keep telling yourself that lol. It's actually easier than you might think, you can get away with it successfully without leaving a trace depending on your methods of entry. 2 months ago a person posted about an msql injection vulnerability within the website - I don't know if they fixed the flaw or not but the fact that it was found just tells you, you are not secure as you think. It also doesn't take a genius to send a report with a replay and screenshots in a double extension .RAR file carrying a backdoor, depending on if it was FUD or not you could roam around machines host and gather what you like about every support ticket read / sent or even manage to read account information from their database.. I very much doubt they have ever scanned the files that people sent them in support tickets. Even if they do they are still at risk from things like this.

    you realise how many idiots put a fake email, you could send the ID and pw ( all the info )
    you could act like : crossfireproplayer@hotmail.com
    ^ you make that one on hotmail if its not taken and voila the accounts is yours.
