hey guys i want to know how i can send a cf ingame screenshot to the support. i was trying it but there comes an error about the file. (cf ingame screen is a .bmp data) its about 4 mb big. it would be cool if someone could tell me how to act in this situation.

Use MSpaint to change the format and reduce size if needed.
