After the last maintenance my ping went from 75-85 to 145

How does my ping suddenly change from 75 to 144 so fast?
It happened after they did their server relocation maintenance thing.
Did they move servers or something?

Alpha servers.

I'm not the only one having these problems. Some of my clanmates have had their pings raised, but only by 5 - 10.
I'm the only one, from what I know, that have had their ping raised by 60.

So it's not a server issue, it's a routing issue. Usually fixes itself after a while.

How is it a routing issue if some other clanmates have had their pings raised as well?
Sure, not by a huge margin like mine but still.

It could be that you had gotten some malware during the maintenance. Have you tried scanning your computer?

My clanmates? Yeah, I live in Puerto Rico. They live in the US.
But I don't think the situation here is the location, because of the ping I had, if the problem had been my location, my ping wouldn't have been 75.

Did not work, still get that extremely high ping.

My ping gone up a bit too.Play in uk4 server.Others in our clan have higher ping as well.It is not something our end.Definately a problem with game.Im getting told by friends in other clans that they are getting it too.

I wouldn't be complaining if it was only like 10 raised.
But it went up by 60, you know how hard it is to reg now? ;/

It's be they can't make somthing the righ the first time i keep spiking to 300-1000

My Ping on the UK server is higher too, before the patch / update thing my oing was 32 now my ping is 45 or higher.

And something is wrong to, my FPS is like allways but i have Micro stuttering since few days, not allways but if i play long games with 13 rounds i get this problems, but it comes not from ym FPS...:(

UK servers haven't been moved, but there are always - without exception - threads where people complain about raised ping after an update.


And judging by the lack of followup, most of these issues resolve themselves within a week.
Often it's a routing issue, other times it's a simple server load issue.

It could be due to the event. more people are playing because of it and might be causing a server lag.
