I prepaid the $ 20, wrote on the site, I will receive 2 Bonus Rose Crates. But I can not find them. Can you tell me where to find them?

actually your suppost to get them right away. I think there is an issue with the crate delivery.

YEah USually Each event clearly give details for the delivery time period of , the reward, the thread maker is curious coz this event page says

- The Crates are Given Out Automatically, but keep track of your recharges

so may be ppl misunderstanding like it comes quickly like ZP crate purchases.

SO... I agree this might take some time as we all know many game Bugg issues under consideration.
