Serious questions for the GM's

I understand that a company is allowed to restructure and do whatever they want, but do you really agree working for a company with such a blatant disregard for its own employees?

I'm not even referring to the glassdoor reviews, as a Moderator you hear stuff about the every day workings on the company, just whispers, not full company plans... But the way staff are treated and the workload some staff had.

Now I know its a tough economy and what not but for some reason it seemed certain employees were given a crap ton of work and others were just pottering around.


A situation the forum community can relate with is that of FallenAngel, the old community manager... That never did much community managing.
That work seem to fall on Saidin, whether out of choice or not. He managed the community here, the moderators and seemed to be fulliling his other duties in the company whilst fallen angel was off doing "other tasks" in the background

Of course fallen angel was Asian. So the glass door reviews so seem to actually have some form of truth to them.
That's only one scenario...

So the current GMs that are active round here, do you agree working for company that shows blatent favouritism to Korean staff and non Korean staff being "let go"?


Its obvious that company was better 5 years ago as g4box

I beg mods to please stop caring so much about the pubstar scene, which contains all the shtty kids that claim themselves to be good, when they spend $100 a week on a dead game and focus more on the competitive scene. I also ask for them to fix the problem with "1cheater1game" every pub when competitive players are working on their shot, it's impossible for us to even "Warm up," yeah, it's that bad. I'd also ask for mods to stop being so 2 faced, such as iceman ghosting, and who knows what else. Now fck you.

This game is at the end, all say this, so i dont care anymore about cheater, lagger, i play some games everyday, now [GM]Saidin is away, that was the dead for this version

This is just the way the working world is now. Increase the work load of each employee and decrease the number of said employees. You'd be hard pressed to find a job that treats you well in this day and age.

Yes, the economy is bad right now, and that's why most companies make these changes. Though most companies don't seem to realize that if none of them are offering decent jobs, and decent pay in many cases, the economy will never recover.

As for the racism, well, most companies treat you like crap for one reason or another. I guess this could just be another example. My job always told me whenever I brought up employee treatment, "if you don't like it, there's the door". Maybe Smilegate has a poster like that hanging or something.

Do they agree? well they are working there so yes.Do they like the situation? probably not.I read those reviews as well and i think it is discusting.But at the end of the day a job is a job .People have to bite their tongue sometimes and treat it all as experience until something better comes along.It is a crap job market out there and these guys need to earn a living like all of us.I cant see anyone answering your question about agreeing about it.No one is gonna bite the hand that feeds them while they still work there.Just read what the ex employees said about the company for the truth of the matter,it was an real eye opener for me.

Without pubstar scene and all the kiddies who spend 100 $ a week this game would be dead long time ago.

you're asking a question that can't be answered by a current employee of this company and the likelihood of a previous employee answering this question is very slim.

Someone that doesn't kiss Fallen's ass.
I've been saying this for a long time, that all Fallen does is protect whomever kisses his ass but in the end he gives out nothing for the community. (I guess we can all remember the [MOD]LadyShy events, and not many [MOD]DayaDoll)

He even banned me for no freaking reason at all (and then deleted the post to cover his tracks maybe?) because I told him on MSN he was a ****head. (****head wasn't the word, but I can't recall which word I used, but that should sum it up)
