having a problem with starting the game

when i start the game it gives me the loading sign and then it takes a while until it shows me the login screen but when i put my name and password it says

(data transmition is not stable failed to submit player info to server. please,try again) and i tried using game booster and using other accounts and its just the same so can you please tell where is the problem and how to fix it
