i did every thing right and i recieved all the prizes but today i must play 30min SandStorm and event page say event is over .?!!!! how is that could be possible?!! i got the helmet too ? i must get this ribbon to get m4a1 c.c WTF

OI my event tracker says the event is over even though its only the 8th. And i have been getting incorrect prizes on days and the tracker was stuck at 0 yesturday. I want my blossom crates! how to i submut a report ticket (for all the good that will do).

yesterday it was fixed at 3:45 pm and i got the prize yesterday's event was 5 matches crossroad but they didn't update the end date in the event page after they extended a day of gm lost relics this is the reason

i got the helmet and got all prizes but i i didn't get the 5 crates cause the didn't update the end date the end date is :End Date: 2014-09-07 23:59:59
it must be:End Date: 2014-09-08 23:59:59
this is the reason of getting event is over

and i think they will fix it today but later .
yesterday the tracker was telling me 0 but at 4 pm they fixed it and i checked my progress
and told me today's event they ill fix it but, when the event is about to end.

sweet, did all the events for the ribbon although I hate wave mode.... Hackers ruined my experience in it...... though there weren't any in the games I played

BP Helmet is placed in ITEMS and not in CHAR. So I can't wear the helmet?!
