Ping fix for Windows 7 users maybe :O

Today I was getting kinda sad because I've been playing with unstable ping going from 60-200. So I started messing around with things and I came across a fix for me! I went to the task manager and changed the priority from normal to below normal. My ping magically went from spiking to 200 to 60 stable. I have no idea if this will work for everyone but I'm so damn happy. Don't have to put up with this no reg stuff anymore. Sorry for the wall of text :P

(This may cause performance issues if your PC doesn't run this game well. But I haven't noticed anything, I run 100+ FPS at all times anyway)

Ping is not based on operating system. :X
Its calculated by hops, milliseconds and distance from the server/how long it takes a single packet to reach the server.

Well for some reason it worked, and I haven't gone above 60 ping all morning.
