LogIn geht nicht

Hi leute, hab lange nicht gespielt und wollte jetzt wieder anfangen.
ich komme zwar hier, auf die homepage, aber der login im spiel (mit den gleichen daten) geht nicht.

weiß jmd was ich da machen kann oder wie ich das löse?


ps: hab inzwischen einen neuen acc und spiele mit dem, da ist es genau andersrum.
ich kommen ins spiel aber nicht hier auf die HP.

sorry dont know:

i dont play for a long time, now i want so restart.
my problem is, i can log in here, but not ingame.
i created a new acc. with this i can login ingame but not here.

can i change a pw oder anything to use my old acc aggain?

You submit a ticket, under "Crossfire" and "Complaints".

You make it say "Hello. I can log in on my account on the website but not in-game. Do you know why? Am I banned?" and get a reply on monday or tuesday.

How could you made a new account? You're from Germany. You can't create a new account in NA.

Mmyes, he can make a new account.
What you're creating when you make an account on this website is a Z8Games account.
Z8Games hosts several games (though currently only two), and they don't share the same region restrictions.


His story is weird though, and google translate isn't helping.
He SHOULD be able to play on the old account (he says hes played on it before, so it can't be affected by the EU block), but not the new one (which he says he can play on, but not.. post on the forum on) which is pretty much super-weird.


The old account not being playable might make sense if he's been banned, I've never been banned but I would think it allows you on the website but not the game.

The new account shouldn't be playable unless he doesn't live in Germany or is tunneling, and either way not being able to access the website adds to the mystery.
