I just need some help
Alright, so I don't remember what email I used for this account, but I do know the information required. What I'm trying to do is disable my clan so I can join my friends clan, but I can't reset my email to figure out my security answer. It's a tussle, but hopefully there's something you guys can do to help me out.

Sorry to hear that you forgot the email on your account - can be annoying when that happens, since you can't recover your account information using the normal methods.
Unfortunately, things of this nature cannot be dealt with on the forums at all.
Please send us a support ticket (Game: CrossFire, Account Administration), explain your situation, give us as much information as you can in the ticket, and support will see what can be done.

To submit a ticket, the email just has to be in an email format. Just let us know that you do not know the email in the ticket.
Example: somethingrandom@blahblah.com

Please put the exact dates of the purchases in the ticket and the exact amount of ZP purchased
