Request of downloading has the screen of connection

Veils I have wanted to play this morning but during the request of connection, something is displayed a request of downloading comes from apparaitre. Having opened, request downloading returns, still and still.

I re-installed game but it is always similar.

Here how to take away this request of downloading which is displayed have the request of connection, because I cannot play, I follow make to force by process to close game.
