FPS Problem!

Hey everyone...
I have a question about my FPS Lag.

When i play i play with a FPS between 3 -20
It makes me lag huge.
I play on a laptop, i Always have for the last 4 years...
And since a few months i got this FPS lag...

My Graphic card is: NVIDIA GeForce GT 540M

Is it this what cost the problem?
If yes, then what is recommended to use to play Crossfire.
If not, then what could be a problem that makes my FPS drop this low?

My Grafic Card is: NVIDIA GeForce GT 610, 4GB, my FPS went since the last content updates from 70 ~ 90 to 30 ~ 55 in CrossFire.
