Thoughts on these headphones!

Looking to buy something better and I have some sets.

I have the DT770.
Excellent sound, solid supply of parts (no buying a whole new headset if something breaks), quite comfortable.

I bought them for noise-cancellation, which they don't have any of, which I would have noticed had I looked closer.
Not disappointed though, cause they sound great and goes loud enough to block any outside noise without distortion.

You'll also need a decent sound card and of course good source material, otherwise you might as well use whatever noname china set comes cheapest, but I'm sure you realize this.
I've upgraded since but I bought a Soundblaster Z card when I got the set, it was quite sufficient.


You won't be disappoint if good sound is what you're after.

what will be the main purpose? If music, do you have a soundcard? what`s the file type of your audiofiles? (mp3 (bitrate?) or lossless formats like FLAC?

most people tend to spend too much money for headphones without having the proper equipment.

I'm gonna use it for everything honestly. hahaha
My music files are usually mp3.
I don't have a soundcard, at least I don't think I do.

I like the three of them but I'm not here to tell you which one to pick.

Just want to say that if you're gonna spend money on headsets, make sure you're going to use all the features you paid for.

I'm a GM player and I personally use the standard white apple ones, ones you get when you buy an iPhone, cheap and awesome in PinPointing.
