Unable to Alt tab

Hi guys. For a while now, I've been noticing how I am unable to alt tab when everyone could. I tried holding the windows key while tapping and esc+tab but it wouldn't let me. So what happens when I try to alt tab is just the taskbar at the bottom popping up while the game is frozen. Can anyone help me? I've tried re installing.

Well I'm not sure about this 100% but I think its about how good your pc is, I'm having same problem on my pc back at home wich have dual core proc. and I hope I won't have same problem on my new quad core when I get back home. I can PM you with result when I check that out eventually but I think it have something with pc specification because cf needs to process a lot of stuff and as you said some people can alt+tab without a problem, my guess is they have better pc.

I know for sure it isn't my pc. Because this computer i got a few months ago. Cf runs smoothly on it. I forgot to mention its a windows 8.

I have no idea how to help you out then, it for sure don't have anything with version of OS.
Both [MOD]s and [GM]s have mentioned in past that cf doesn't "like" alt+tabing.

I am haveing the same issue, when i alt-tab just the taskbar pops up while the game is frozen.
