Us West Server Error BUG

So i was finally back since the last maintenance where i was stuck on the patcher for almost 4 days and i finally logged in and when i went to Us west server there was no room everyone is on the LObby, i tried making a room with my friends but everytime we start the game it always says the server is full please move to another lobby or something

im LAGG and HIGH ping on every other server US west server is the only server i can play good
please fix it as soon as possible JuiceBOx

That's right, i Created another Thread didnt see this one. But West is ON but it is not working, saying that server is full.
