Problem with E-Mail

I have a problem, i want to Change my E-mail but i forgot the current one. When i change it with my Security question/answer , there is staying i have to confirm it with my old e-mail, but thats impossible for me-.-
And i cant submit a ticket cause i'd need my e-mail What should i do now?
