X-Trap error

Hi,

I used to log in game normally from my laptop on my private internet network, but since i left home i signed to a diffrent netwrok ( Public Network ) and now when i enter game it goes out with x trap error:

says ( Some functions of the operating system has been corrupted. Please,close any program wich is affecting game client and restart the system ).

Note : I tried to close all procces and restart and still have the error and i deleted x-trap file and still have it with same error ,,,, i got this error before and after downloading new win its gone,,, i dont wanna do that agian cuz its sooo long.

Oh! i dont know if that helps but there is a game called Silkroad it has problem during loading too

well i didnt find that adress but u got a point i have downloaded keylogger recently

well i have bitdefender 2015 total security i am sure that no malware or any virus can be on my computer but i will make full scan then try again.

that's a good thing....keyloggers are harmful programs.

To find whatever program is using skgurl.dll:

Click Start, select Search, select All Files and Folders, input skgurl.dll..then click Search.

i searched for it and i found its place i tried to delete but skgurl.dll and some other files said that it cannot be deleted cuz its opened ( as sevice ) i disabled the service and deleted then restart and it works thank You for helping
