cant login the game

when i launch my game and HGW loads its stop in step 3 and still that for about 1:2 min then its said :
Failed to connect to server : W[2003]L[0]
Need ur help Guys as fast as u can

This error happens when your Anti Virus/ Firewall doesn't allow some aspects of the game to run normally. To prevent this error, you must put CF files as exception in Anti Virus & Firewall and reinstall the game.

i have the same problem too and some how it worked....and i have a new problem that cause the loading screen when you try to join a game and it freeze and crash..help??;[

Hey again , my anti virus is Mcafee and it sucks idk how to do it in it and lol i turned off the firewall but nothing happened the game still not working

There you go. Add crossfire to the "exemption" list on Mcafree, or just uninstall/disable it for now.

um... i tried and turned off the anti virus [avast] 2 times and nothing and uninstall the game and setup it more than 3 times and nothing :S
whats ur antivirus ? if u know how to add cf to the exmption list idk tell me how to do
