North America West Server Not Working -.-

Big Issue. The server north america west is a server suitable for me. But when we try to start games in a normal room ( Not Tournaments) It wont start, And we a very angry about this change. We have to play on north america 1 which makes us lag way more. My ping in north west is 150. And my ping in north america 1 is 280. Big differnce. More lagggggg
Please help us by fixing the server
