Be realistic using 4 hypos... You need at least 10 The boss itself does about 50 damage everytime it hits you an extra 80 hp wont cover that.... or maybe there was a hacker in your room. not to mention the green slugs + snipers in that small map

i just lol'ed
i used 4 small hypos . I was using gg, we were on that case with a lot of guns (no need to refill) when we didnt had ammo we were refilling and then put on case . Last round , i was the only one to get out , i died once in the last round and the boss was like stucked (because of the guys inside case, so almost all zombies go around that place) and with gg i took damage and killed him with a nade
