When you change clip, you should fade it out. In sony vegas you grab the corner of your clip and then drag it towards to the clip, then it makes it to fade out.
And remember to leave space for fading, or it will ruin the killstreak or whatever.

You gotta pick 1 free full day, to learn editing with sony vegas. Its worth it.
