Me thinks it's a bug where the player get the item without hitting the golden sphere. -

Both Screenshots Contain the winning Item name on both images. Shouldn't the first image contain one Winning Item in those 30 Items and then Second image should contain both items But both images contain 2 Winning items with only one Winning item on the Spinning Ball and both images contain 30 items. ?? -

the screenshots were taken after they had spun all 10 crates and are just hovering over the name. So the rudolf hat and the santa hat, which are not considered a 'rare item' in the crate for whatever reason, are both in the list at the same time and the pictures are shown when he hovers over them for the screenshot.
We've had other crates that have had the bug issue where it doesn't show the congrats and win rare item when you do win a rare item. Best example of course being Dragon Blaze in the past (though i believe it has been fixed since last month) -

Exactly what I was talking about. The same bug happened with my cousin with the M4A1 Patriot crates and the Halloween crates. He won the items without getting the golden sphere and he actually won the items more than once. -

I didn't think about hover thing. I guess he is very lucky in 10 crate. -
so yesterday I won the Axe lotus, pretty neat, I'm happy about it... but one item out of 310 crates is kind of meh if you aske me
my luck on the black market is not that good lmao
got the lazer dagger gingerbread when that crate was released, pretty neat, but as always it's the melee weapon I win... and I got two

Yesterdays (23rds) winnings. Duplicate Gatling Razer...but new AK47-knife Turtle shell, Mauser-H, and M4A1-X Halloween!
and then the winners from Today the 24th
A duplicate COP Glorious and a duplicate M4 Razer...but a nifty AK103 Hearts from bonus crates...but most importantly...Barret Glorious Phoenix. Which so completes my collection of Glorious Phoenix and gets me my wide and name card.

Today i bought some Rose Crates same deal as Yesterday to test my Luck if i win a Perma Axe finally, even i wouldnt use it much, I can just say watch it by yourself xD
