Actually, they aren't insulting anyone in that SS. They are just complaining about the lag they suffer in NA.
You can try to report them if you think they are insulting you and vice versa.

You are right. Kids and toxic players are everywhere.
I even reported one of them yesterday, me and Kirish did.
There are Egyptian kids/toxic players that randomly insult, and there are many others that don't.
There are other kids/toxic players from other countries that randomly insult, and there are many others that don't.
This is why I said "and vice versa" actually.
Good and Bad. This how life is. We just have to deal with it.
