What a sad story hear that Fusion got blocked, i did play with u before, zm as i remember and we even play more than 1 time, this is really sad, i hope it takes no long time to get it back, and how sad about the cheaters in rm as 1 mention are still out there, and u and the guys like u get perm block for that, are u the guy got DC then u got block? i hear raw=Marshal said in friends chat, that some1 got DC, then got Perm block? i guess it was u Fusion?

I can give 146% that you used cheats in the past. Even if you used cheats on main 5 years ago, everything is in server logs.
Maybe you used cheats / 3rd party proggrams on alt account? If you did so and didn't reinstalled the cliend - RIP , game client was changed.
VMware and macros are banable too.

My opinion the Management or them bots that reply are useless. if you find your self banned for absolutely no reason and they cant help you i feel i lot of your ig friends will decide to p!ss off from this ill managed yootness game soon enough

I think its time to quit... I wonder if this ban was handled manually and if yes then how the ranked match cheaters are still not banned ? Are you able to access the game from another account or you are banned on mac address too ? If this was a bug and you know you are an innocent.. you should spam that support till they fix it. First ban given by xigncode3 is not permanent right ? ( don't know if you have been banned in past.. just saying) -

2. All i know that my account got hacked once in the past and the hacker probably used a 3rd party program, thats the only possible reason for me why i've even lost my "Honorable Soldier" Ribbon... -

Try to proove that you didn't used cheats but the user who hacked your account did. If you will proove that to support then i think something can be done with your ban.Marsmensch11 wrote: »2. This should work.
As example: You play from DE , you logged into your account at 12 AM local time and then after 2 hours someone logging into your account from Detroit , US. Or Cairo , Egypt. After 5 hours you are submitting a ticket to recover your account. And in in the next day cheats were used on your account , before you recovered it.
If it was like this i think you have a chance. -

[size=+2]No no no x(( history is repeating itself exactly like CyberTwerk... I don't think i'll deposit again because what's the point of it if i'll get a random ban like this? Killing enormous amount of time/money at a blink of an eye for an automatic ban by some weird anti-cheat program at least hand out those bans manually so it would be fair because not every time the anti-cheat engine is 100% right, What if my internet connection is not stable does this deserve a permanent ban? or a ban at all? Example: the disaster of Xtrap back in 2014 and it was the reason to lose my HSR and i got no help at all, I understand that promoting haacks is not allowed so thats maybe why they never give out a direct reason for it, But the database is growing smaller everyday as well since the ticket answer is a direct refuse to help which is sad and it's disrespectful to the veterans, This is not the first time and CyberTwerk encountered the same problem and nobody cared to help or get him his account back, I'm so sorry to hear this Fusion ;(( [/size] -

I would but thats 2-3 years ago. Tried it after I got my account back, but they just answered with copy and paste. So decided to leave that topic. And i dont really know when that happened...
So I'm 50.01% sure that i've lost my account+a lot of money... :'(
