It's not a bug, the chance to succeed is extremely low.
oh, thx guys, next time try 20k zp) hope up my card to lvl 10))want this ribbon)))I'm pretty sure I wasted a good 10k - 20k ZP on stabilizers before I got my card to level 10. -
Guys can this be are bug? i use 20 stabilizers and all time fail....
how i can update my card to lvl 10?
It took me about 50 stabilizers to go from level 8 to level 10. If you want to increase your chances play a lot of Super Soldier matches and harvest up on Gold cards. when you're using a gold card to upgrade another gold card your chance to succeed increases even more add that with class stabilizers and you just have a better chance. But you don't need the gold cards at all and it's probably easier in the long run to just buy a bunch of jokers and keep trying with just the stabilizers. -

gg dude, i got star elite perm already won it with team as final reward in zm2 hard with Strex and 2 others forgot there names, it was when we leave the base of zm2 +75% of the health base, anyway, can u make sure and tell me what zm 2 give u that, i guess it was free right? u didnt spend anything? or did u spend blueprint in zm2? or what? -

Thanks! I haven't won that character yet, but gz on winning it. This weapon is located in the same zm2 map as that Star elite, both normal and hard difficulty (upper left item.)
I did buy the keys with zp that I earned, but you could go for the free keys in the achievement system (Defense Master stage 4 and 5.)
Not really worth the effort to grind it out but may be worth while eventually. I think you can get up to 6 keys. Either way, this weapon if offered temporarily just for playing the zm2 game mode. -
