For the first rank u need 256000 rep points and it takes a while to be there unless u farm. Dont worry much about it :P

They kick for any reason. What I really hate is when they wait till the very end of the match... You can see in the SS there were 6 seconds left.

it's a trick. No primary weapon but they see that V next to your name and so they flock to you asking for "VIB BLS!" or not even asking and just throwing their weapons at you.
