Apparently it's our fault. Everyone gets banned at the same time, for an odd 60 minutes and its our fault. -

I'm not one bit surprised at this issue. You should've known Z8 would place the blame on you instead of themselves. They don't have enough courage to say it was their screw up and are sorry. No, they wouldn't because they're too stubborn to admit that.
I've never seen this hack tool detected code ever. Now it's coming out of the blue? It doesn't surprise me that they would still blame you and claim that you and your clan mates were using the "Hack" they claim you were using at the same time. When they say they have "Evidence" They really don't.
They just do that to have an excuse to ban you. That's all it is. Kind of like Valve Corp on Steam.
For this issue, I would think it came from the last patch. Which ofc, they had to extend maintenance because they have kids for programmers and can't hire "Real Programmers". It happens every single patch and then a new error or bug comes up later because of a mess up in the code.
I would think that this is happening to more than just you and your clan mates. If that's the case and they do send in a ticket regarding this problem, they'll get the exact same answer. That's all there is to it. Even if that person has never hacked and has a spotless record and still get this response. That would give you the idea that Z8 can't take shame in their screw ups period. It makes me want to flip a table cause they are too stubborn to correct their mistakes but to put it on the players. -

Z8 only hires "pros" for updating and to do customer service man, I bet if they have an office in my city they would see me very often. Cause I'll be there to mess them up when they ban my acc without a reason.
I think there's nobody in Toronto that plays CF so they don't need to worry about it. -

All I need is a reply with them being like "We caught you with "______x______" program trying to access crossfire and that is why you were banned." Done. I'll shut up. But the point is THERE IS NO PROGRAM THAT WAS DOING THIS. If there is it's going to be either: 1) razer synapse 2) bitdefender antivirus or 3) ventrilo or something. -
