So to get to the bottom of the case, we are trying to help someone retrieve his account back.

I have some Questions concerning the account administration when submitting a ticket.

1- when filling the details, Should I put the info of the stolen account or the account I am reporting from ?

2- The "Transaction ID" is the ID of my paypal account ?

If not please explain to me.

3- The email is no longer valid, should we still put it in?

4- Is there a strong hope of retrieving a stolen account while the e-mail is dead ?


I really hope a Mod can help me, where are you when we need you -.-

Off topic : This guy is an account stealer http://clan.z8games.com/charstat_cf.aspx?usn=5053314 and the clan he is in, is a collection of stolen accounts, sadly one of our members has fallen a victim to this butthole, Is it possible to track the IPs of the accounts to see it changed from a country to another, and freeze the account till further investigation ?

I don't think ur suppost to help him.
Cause they ask for the IP the location and ur no where near him
The transaction I'm not sure but I think it's the number/letters on the card
Still put email in

3. Yes
4. Yes, but they might ask u some extra info like the 1st password that u used on that acc,1st in-game name and 1st e-mail
Back in 2011 my acc was stolen so I can totally sympathise with u / ur friend
#EDIT: As far as creation date/IP/transaction ID are concerned in case u cant remember the requested info fill in a random date as close as possible to the creation date or something like ''can't remember'' Apparently u need to fill in your friend's IP and not urs
