[nesl] overall points so far

Here is a rough estimate of where teams stand for our overall points.
These points come from EVERY National ESL event this year. Teams with multiple rosters with points may get a chance to have points combined depending on roster differences / changes.
Given ESG's Placements and Picks for the Crossfire Stars 2014 National Finals, lower placing teams may have a chance to compete so stay tuned for further details.
These will be part of what we use to determine the 6 teams from National ESL who will go into the CROSSFIRE STARS 2014 NATIONAL FINALS.
Keep in mind there are over 500 points in events left so any team with the right amount of effort could grab a spot!

If as an example the top 8 teams in esl have already qualified through esg, does that mean the 9th-14th placed teams will qualify through esl?
As it stands (And ESG can correct me if I am wrong)
ESG picks 8 teams (Most likely first picks IE Ace, !ns, MsX and 5 other top placers)
National ESL Picks 6 teams (So we will work on the same system of points, but teams who already have a spot won't be able to earn one of our 6) So yes Teams placing Top 16 may all have a chance to compete for the $10,000 National Finals, however the higher placement in BOTH (ESG and NESL) the better chance you have of getting an invite.
2 Wild Cards will be chosen (How hasn't been decided yet) -

teams like msx/ace/ins will be in the same sides of the bracket, so you only have to play subpar teams or nonexistent teams to get points
I mean look at bio, they haven't beaten a good team once by something other than dq and 2nd in points -

Any time you played ACE, !ns, MSX, or even RockEmSockEm, you lost. (not including when they didn't show up, lol)
You have participated in every single cup so far, and lost to every single good team so far, yet you are 2nd in points. Proves my point perfectly, all you have to do is scrounge up wins against sub par teams in order to gain points. -

We've beat bio many times.. Every time you guys have had toonie, zilla, ethereal and seraphic there. They've been trying to replace you with me plenty of times, so I really don't think it matters if you didn't have your s5 there, we still would have ended up beating bio like every other time.

I mean apparently they aren't that bad if no other team can hold a roster that shows up to every event. They are probably the only team besides ACE and !ns who have consistently maintained a roster for 6 months or more. Sure, they don't win the events, but they are consistently beating average teams and haven't changed rosters every event or remade a team every week, which is more than most CF players can say.
