No Crossfire Character

Hello everyone. I'm new to the forum and I hope you guys forgive me if this discussion has already been answered. So the problem I'm having is that when I try to join a clan, it won't let me. I go to my account and check if I have a crossfire character linked to my account. When I go to "My account" there is no crossfire character register. This is weird because I play on that same account and I DO have a character. Please help me, this is causing problems cause I want to join a clan and for possibility in the future.

Have you played crossfire? as in youve downloaded crossfire and stated playing the game.

Dont worry man, its the site problem... Try applying to clan when its 10 after each hour, example: 00:10 , 01:10, 15:10 etc. and not later then 10 before each hour example: 00:50, 01:50, 17:50 etc....

The site updates every 2hr's or so and it causes the page to not find your info while the update is happening... Why im saying each hour is because I'm not sure when exactly its happening but from my experience the problem usually happens from 10min to, untill 10min after of each hour.... So for the 20 min the site is out of order... another example:
the site wont work from: 15:50 untill 16:10 or so, some times its a bit longer...

Hope you can understand, English isn't my 1st language.
