Game hungs itself while choosing nickname

Hello there fellow gamers.

i new and wanted to play this game, but i cant even get started.

when i have to choose my nickname and click on confirm, the game hangs itself up and nothing works anymore.

reinstalled it allready but it didnt work.

can anyone solve this problem please ?
