Accidentally bought wrong VIP weapon :(

Hi,

Today I loaded up 100k zp on my account and was planning to buy the Thompson infernal. I accidentally bought the 100k AK 47 Vip . I know this is my fault but is Z8 games kind enough to refund me the 100k zp (and obviously take the ak back) and let me buy the thompson infernal.

Pretty sure if you explain it to support they will wipe it under the carpet and leave you hanging

dont expect much tbh. especialy on weekend's . oh and they have only one working 2 days a week in support . dont hold your breath

I believe you have 48 hours to ask for those type of refunds. Send a complaint via support saying what happened and they might help you out! Good luck!

Thats true, if you didnt ask for refund before, you have 48 to send ticket and ask for refund tho it doesn't work for some items, it should work for vip.

Ok thanks for the answers. I sent a ticket to z8 games. Hopefully they will be kind enough to refund.
