Can't redeem beginner mission reward

So recently I completed the 1st stage, 2nd stage and 3rd stage of the beginner missions and I can't redeem the final reward. When I click on the item I want to redeem (Which is the shovel), the "Get Final reward" button stays grey and I can't get my final reward.

I want to try out the shovel but can't due to this error

Are you sure that you finished all? You can scrool down in 3rd stage.
My friend didnt see it too

3 day's you will have that shovel
