Loading and then black square...

Hello, I've been trying to play crossfire back, but when I hit start there's what happen:

1. I click start
2. the loading screen appear
3. the loading screen disappear
4. a black square appear on the top-left of my screen.

I can't take any picture of it, I tried and it didn't worked.

Can someone help me please?

Hello friend I understand your problem but might please the aid helps.

1-Uninstall all crossfire.
2-If the black screen with the error continues to take a photo with the "Print" Screen "SysRq" key.
3-When there is an error in the game they always send one file in the crossfire folder \ Z8Games \ CrossFire \ Report.

there's is no logs, I reinstalled crossfire about 8 times and it still happen, I saw that when I was putting on 800x600 resolution, it were not getting as a black square. I could see the loading page, but it were not loading even after 30 min...

For the screen shot, I tried with the "print screen" button which is on my keyboard, (it is working and I already used it on other screenshots), it didn't added the black square on the screenshot. It was going from the top-left of my screen to go to about 1 inch of the bottom bar and about 2-3 inch from the right side of the screen.

I tried with multiples set of settings and it still didn't worked.

Okay so then I understood and what I can help there any error in the game if not the graphics card right ?.
Another thing you can do is try to uninstall your graphics card and then re-download on the official website of your card.
If still the problem my friend I'm sorry but I have not enough knowledge to help you.
If you are sending of Support "Technical Support" for Z8Games might please detail the problem saying they will help you better.

I've contacted the support, I'm still waiting for help, but I'll try to update/reinstall my graphic card controller which is catalyst... Idk why but some people that had catalyst as graphic card controller and suchs had some problems similar of mine.

If anybody got something that could help me, just post it here and I'll check as soon as I can.

as I saw, on the (amd gaming evolved program) my graphic card isn't supported on it..
it would maybe mean that I need to update or maybe buy a new computer (I got a Imac bought during 2011 summer).

You're playing on forced 1080p resolution aren't you? Edited the system.dat file in Documents/Crossfire? If so change it back so the first number is a 5 rather than a 6 and it should work.

now it's putting the loading screen, but it stays on "loading" with about 2 inches loaded.
Even after 1 hour it dosn't load and my computer is more than enough to play to crossfire.
I've already played to it with this computer so the computer isn't the problem...

It's litteraly the game that dosn't want to being loaded...
