Crossfire error

Hello

I was getting some Xtrap issues as of late since an update from the server,and now I can simply get to Crossfire without Xtrap detecting me and I'm cool with that,but the problem is not here....The problem is whenever I try to join a match the loading stops at 25% then the screen turns black for 2 second then it get me out of crossfire saying Cross Fire Error,send Error report,i've tried to uninstall the game or delete my Kaspersky completely and use kinds of antiviruses,I did read most of the threads looking for this problem,and there was an Xtrap update few hours ago,but the problem is still the same and I don't think that I'm the only one who got effected by this issue.

your better off sending in a support ticket and maybe they can help see what things you can do to sort it out

I did,and they said I can post it here so maybe some players having the same that can help you with it,thanks for the info though...

The problem is solved,all you have to do is delete the entire Crossfire folders including the ones in the document after uninstalling the game,then a reboot,you can use Advance SystemCare to fix all the problems you have,Disable your Real Time protection and download the latest version from Z8,and install and then you can enable the Real Time protection,that's what I did and now there are no Xtrap detections,error etc....
