Kindly Fix the clan page :)

Dear CF Staff,
The clan page is been bugged from couple of days which doesn't let us accept or kick any member from the clan. As being a big clan with 99 members it's hard to cope without it some just insult you based on there beliefs we cannot do anything or check the point logs "you don't have a clan" so, kindly fix this bugged it's making things complicated for us and lose of clan points.

Never in my life have I seen a professional company with so much problems in its website and its material ( the game itself )

This is a joke how they handle things and how they send their mods to "talk".

I understand that the mods have no power in fixing this, but since you carry the badge of a company that has proved its failure throughout the years, then deal with it.

Off Topic: Every time I consider Depositing ZP, I keep thinking the game will die any month soon, would be such a waste of money.

It's fixed now. I'm guessing it will work for another day or two before it breaks again. If you're looking to change clans, accept members, etc. you better do it quick.

The game is not theirs, blame Smilegate for the game defects. z8Games are NOT the makers of this game, they can't fix reg problems, bug problems, etc. They ONLY address them to the developers and THEY fix the problems.

The Management is poor, regardless of the Technical/Graphical features of the game.


So let me be more specific for the Poor Z8 management:

1- Worse game servers ever, always bugged and unstable and I am pretty sure that they are incapable of hosting great numbers on weekends.

2- Their own >> Z8 CLAN SITE << has been bugged for quite a long time and the problem still occurs and only gets worse.

3- Lack of staff in the hack report section.

4- Failure events with excuse : "Sorry I'm on Holiday, don't bother us."

5- Unbalanced business considering the amount of money we give to them and the amount of service we acquire from them.

6- All "talks" about hacking situation while they have solutions that can hugely reduce the amount of hackers, but it "aint good for business", so basically when it comes to having a clean game or having money .. they choose money.
