Looking for a clan.
Looking for a clan. I have a set of expectations.
1) Age 15+
2) Uses TS3/Ventrilo. No Mumble, No Raidcall. I hate those.
3) Is laid back, yet are semi competitive.
4) MUST APPLY to THESE TERMS!: Honesty, Loyalty, Courage, and Integrity.
5) Must be ACTIVE. I'm sick of clans getting big and then falling apart cause of inactivity which bores people.
6) People that aren't ******bags, disgusting, or vulgar in any shape or form. Sometimes I like to act like a dumbass from time to time. But not 24/7. I like a clan of people that are nice, generous, always willing to help eachother.
7) Good leadership. Since 2010 I've been a clan leader or LT's. Even for the biggest clans. Example: B.U.D (Bang ur dead). Was an LT of that clan in 2011.
However, I had a different account back then. I could name a few clans that I've been an LT in. I know how to run a clan, how it should be ran, knowing how to enforce the rules and policies that the clan has. I've come up with a few rules and policies for my last clan that would've been perfect if it would've just taken off a bit better. It had hopes.
8) Can tolerate my temper. I'll warn you, I do get a temper from time to time. I've learned to control it very well, but sometimes I just let go and I rage like a sailor. I know that some of you have done that, we're only human.
If you'd like to know what it consists of, I'll tell you.
9) Er, not sure what else I can put here. But I think I have one. A clan that ISN'T HUGE. I do not want to join a clan that has 60+ or even 50+ I'm looking for a place that has 30 or 40. No more than 50. From my perspective, most big clans will forget about their lower ranked players and they tend to leave because they just don't care for them.
My belief is this: When in a clan, you work together, you play together and train together!! That's how a clan really becomes a family is when it all happens as such. When I don't see that in a clan, it really makes me sad. That's one key to clans falling apart.

I have read all what you wrote.
Here is what I offer to you:
1) Firstly our clan is 90+ lol, but i do understand why you dislike that, and i can tell you that our clan is nothing like that, the reason we are that large is because we are an International clan, having players from EU as much as US and Canada.
2) Well Organized, United, Mature set of players and Very Active.
3) We use TS3 & RaidCall. (TS3 is the main Program)
4) You will find players online 24/7
5) S&D is our main mode, we play HMX, ZM and Wave Mode for fun.
We can also sometimes hop in GM and Shadow mode.

You can check out OCW if you want. We're all older/mature. Use mumble and bigger than your expectation though.

-Occasionally do e8 scrims and anyone in the clan is allowed to play for them. They clan war very often.
-Tons of inner clan events
-Lots of relaxed members in both NA and UK servers.
-About 5+ people on at most times so you won't get bored.
-clan has been around many years so definitely not gonna die anytime soon.
-only thing is your rule about no more than 50+ but I'm sure you can overlook that =] -
