Game crashing.

I need some help. My game keeps crashing after i start up a match. I haven't installed anything new and it used to run perfectly fine. It's been crashing ridiculously the past couple days and is making the game not even fun to play. Please help!!! I just bought some zp items and can't use them because the game keeps crashing.

No one is hacking lol. I'm willing to let someone teamview me if they know how to fix this. I noticed ventrilo causes it to crash more. Think that could be it?

Seriously... THIS IS RIDICULOUS. Can someone offer me any form of help and not start with the hackusations. I never crash except when I start the game and 9 out of 10 times i crash. I run windows vista (the root of all evil), have a pc that can well handle the game, and should be able to play it fine.... Anyone else have these problems? When the game crashes there is no error message and it doesn't really fully crash; it's just after i join a game it goes into a window mode and doesn't respond.
