Looking for specific movie.

Movie is made somewhere around 2000-2005. Action takes place at english/american academy, it looks like castle but it isn't in medival time, its new age movie. That castle/academy is built on begining of forest and since director of that academy is a grumpy guy I think he was trying to sell academy to lumberer company.
Ofcourse students figure that out and they want to stop it so thats kinda main story beside love one wich I can't remember anything about.
So director decides to make gala dinner/dinner party (had to use google translate) to make a deal with those lumberers and students ruin it by eating all food in secrecy and doing some mess beside that.
Thats all I can remember now.
