**History of the Civic Holiday**

The Holiday is celebrated in most Provinces and Territories in Canada on the first Monday of August. Each province has their own reason as to why it is celebrated, but none of it is particularly culturally significant. The important thing to remember is that it is a day off from work, and that is always something to celebrate!

Hahha, yeah, I have to admit, this event is really just so that I can say I'm doing something Canadian for the game.

The prize isn't great, but at least it's something

Maybe we'll do a GM event with the flags during the week.....
