Help! No sound effects!!

got on today and started playing and realized i couldnt hear gunshots/gunfire
then i realized i couldnt hear breathing or footsteps
but whats really weird is i can still hear the players voices and all the lobby sound effects
anyone got any advice on this?

try a quick reinstall of CF, some of the files might be corrupted.

i get this bug once, in one match.
but next matches were normal
i played without reinstall then
