Can be possible to send a support ticket regarding another account?
For example, sending a support ticket (from my acc) regarding a friend's account issue (not alt. btw) because he is not able to do that from his pc. Can this be possible? :O
(And of course, giving all the pertinent information about that account in the support ticket)

In a sense... that's account sharing. I mean I'm not saying you're going to steal his account or anything serious. But unless you guys are real life friends, I wouldn't suggest doing this. Obviously if he lives close, he can just hop on your pc by going to your house. Though he should be the one submitting the ticket on an alt. And literally it's just accessing the Internet. He can do that on another computer, can't he?
May I ask what issue he's having regarding his account? Is he requesting a piece of account info, or what? -

Not, not exactly that.
Well, the issue was already fixed a couple of weeks before I make this thread. A friend wanted to submit a ticket regarding a ribbon that hasn't been delivered at that time (and like a month had been passed already since they didn't reply to him in the tickets he was sending about it). So he told me that and in the way of the conversation, we came up with that idea.
So, said this, is at least viable sending a support ticket for a friend (even in the case he really can't access the internet in any way) regarding things like this (ribbons, weapons that weren't delivered on time, etc)? -

What ribbon was it? Some ribbons are weird and aren't always automatically delivered to qualified players.
I suppose that would be okay, if he honestly can't hop on the Internet. File a complaint to our support center, describing the issue and noting that you submitted for your friend and not yourself.
Edit: I sense that I did misinterpret you, in a way. "Account issue" caught me on to thinking that he needed to request a piece of account information, or retrieve a stolen account, etc. I'm sorry about that. -

Don't worry about that. Is also my bad in that case for put this as "account issues" (despite actually, this is also an account issue).
"Like A Bawss" ribbon, that was delivered to him, after Support staff replied his ticket (and after like a month waiting for the ribbon).
And ok, thanks. I'll take your word and I will use it when the opportunity arises.
